Integrative massage is primarily a combination of Swedish/relaxation and acupressure (release of tights spots)

I've acquired various other techniques such as firm and deep tissue, sports and others such as Thai yoga that will contribute to a satisfying and relaxing massage especially with tight and tensed areas such as neck and shoulders, lower back, thighs and calves.

A combination of these techniques with a sensual touch (massage) requires a good hour and a half if not more for a satisfying relaxing massage.
