Integrative massage is primarily a combination of Swedish/relaxation and acupressure (release of tights spots)

I've acquired various other techniques such as firm and deep tissue, sports and others that will contribute to a satisfying relaxing massage especially with tight and tensed areas such neck and shoulders, lower back, thighs and calves.

A combination of these techniques with a sensual touch (massage) requires a good hour and a half for a satisfying relaxing massage.
